What is the Goldsmiths returns policy?

  1. You can return a purchase up to 30 days after delivery. You will get a full refund, including delivery costs, if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  2. Goldsmiths don’t accept returns for earrings if the tamper-proof packaging has been opened, for hygiene reasons. Goldsmiths also can’t accept returns on items that are engraved, made by request or made to specification unless they are faulty.

  3. If the item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days but up to six months of purchase, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. After six months, you are only entitled to a repair or replacement if you can prove the fault was present at the point of purchase.

Can I get next day delivery at Goldsmiths?
